    List the garments, quantities by size and where the logo goes, and attach your artwork. Use the quote form or call. No job too small.

  2. Approve the proof and the quote

    We digitise or set up your artwork, match thread or print colours to your brand, and send a proof with a quote and a confirmed turnaround.

  3. Made in house, then delivered

    Your order is embroidered or DTF printed in our South West Sydney workshop and checked by hand. Pick it up locally or we ship Australia wide.

Nothing is sent away. Every garment is made and checked here.

Many apparel sellers outsource the decoration. South West Apparel owns the equipment and does the work, which is what makes small runs, quick top-ups and consistent reorders possible.

  • Ricoma dual-head embroidery

    Two heads, a full set of thread colours on each, run by us. Your logo is digitised once and the same stitch file runs every reorder.

  • DTF printing in the same room

    Full-colour transfers printed, cured and heat-pressed here. One job can mix embroidered polos with printed tees and still be checked by one person.

  • Local to South West Sydney

    Greenacre, Bankstown, Liverpool, Lakemba and surrounds. Local pickup can be arranged, and we ship Australia wide.

  • You deal with Sam

Is there a minimum order?

No job is too small. South West Apparel embroiders and prints in house in South West Sydney, so single items, small runs and top-ups are all welcome. Send the details and we will quote it.

How long does an order take?

Turnaround depends on the garments, the decoration and the quantity. South West Apparel confirms the turnaround with your quote, so you know the date before you commit.

What is the difference between embroidery and DTF printing?

Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with thread, which suits polos, caps, jackets and hi-vis and gives a durable, premium finish. DTF (direct to film) printing heat-presses a full-colour design onto the garment, which suits tees, hoodies and detailed or photographic artwork. South West Apparel does both in house and will recommend the right one for your garment and design.
