Shipping and pickup

Shop orders ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $15.00 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. If tracking is available for your parcel it will be included in that email.

Local pickup can be arranged at a South West Sydney pickup point agreed with you.

Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you to arrange a time and place.

Delivery or pickup for custom embroidery and printing orders is agreed as part of your quote. Turnaround is confirmed with the quote.

If your order has not arrived or arrives damaged, email info@southwestapparel.com.au or call 1300 395 757 with your order number and we will sort it out.
