Terms and conditions

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shop orders are paid in full at checkout through Stripe, Afterpay or Zip. Custom orders are quoted in writing and payment terms are set out on the quote.

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a store credit or a refund of that item.

Custom embroidery and printing is produced to the approved proof. Please check spelling, colours and placement on the proof carefully, as items made to an approved proof cannot be returned for change of mind. We will fix any fault in our workmanship.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or artwork you supply, and you are responsible for any claim arising from its use.

Shipping is set out on our shipping page and returns on our returns page. Both form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Accounts use an email sign-in link rather than a password. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Content on this site, including photos of our work and our logo, belongs to South West Apparel or is used with permission. Customer logos shown in our showcase remain the property of those businesses.
