Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to quote, make and deliver your order, or to answer your enquiry.

• Contact details: name, business name, email, phone and delivery address.
• Quote details: garments, quantities, decoration notes and any artwork files you upload.
• Order details: items purchased, delivery choice and order history on your account.
• Technical data: pages visited and device type, via Google Analytics 4 in aggregated form.

Shop payments are processed by Stripe (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Zip). Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to that data.

Artwork you upload with a quote request is stored securely and used only to prepare your quote and your order. It is accessible to South West Apparel staff only and is not shared or published.

We send transactional email (quote replies, order confirmations, dispatch notices, account sign-in links) through our mail server. We do not send marketing email without your consent and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

This site uses a small number of cookies, all essential to how it works or for anonymous analytics.

• A cart cookie so your shopping cart persists between pages.
• A session cookie when you sign in to your account.
• Google Analytics 4 cookies on the live site, used to understand which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised.

We share data only with the services needed to run the site and fulfil orders: Stripe for payment, our email provider for transactional mail, Google Analytics for aggregated usage, and delivery carriers for shipping. We do not sell personal information.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@southwestapparel.com.au. Account holders can update their details after signing in.
