How a uniform order works
A uniform order is usually a mix: polos for the office, hi-vis for the site, hoodies for winter, a cap for everyone. South West Apparel quotes the whole kit as one job, decorates each garment with the method that suits it, and keeps your logo file so every top-up matches.
We stock quality Australian-stocked blanks in adult, kids and waist sizes, and can often decorate garments you already own. Tell us the garments, quantities by size and where the logo goes, and we handle the rest.

Which garments can South West Apparel brand?
Polos, hi-vis shirts and vests, hoodies, jackets, tees, singlets, caps, beanies and aprons. South West Apparel decorates them in house in South West Sydney by embroidery or DTF printing.
Can I mix sizes and garments in one order?
Yes. A typical uniform order mixes sizes and garment types, for example polos and hi-vis for the crew and a jacket for the office. Tell us what you need and we will quote it as one job.
Do you supply the garments or do I bring my own?
South West Apparel supplies quality Australian-stocked blanks and decorates them. If you already have garments, ask us: we can often decorate supplied items too.
Can you put names on individual uniforms?
Yes. South West Apparel embroiders or prints individual names and job titles alongside your logo, usually on the right chest. List the names and sizes in your quote request.
Will reorders match the first batch?
Yes. South West Apparel keeps your digitised logo and print files, and records placements and thread colours for each garment, so top-ups and new starters match the original order.
